Capital Improvements: Our Next Priorities

Facade
Uncover the original terra-cotta poster cases to reveal their 1928 beauty and to protect them from further harm. Restore the facade's terra-cotta tiles to repair years of damage. Replace the entrance doors to match the terra-cotta and add to security.

Concession Stand
We are making great progress on our new concession stand. It is built and we are getting ready to install it. The new stand will be in the theater's classic design and better meet the needs of our patrons. It will be upgraded to include state-of-the-art sales stations and a Community Business Center for use by community groups.

General Repairs
Like an old house, there are some elements of repair that are a product of use and age. We will be doing additional roof repair work as well as systems maintenance and repairs.
